WHERE I'VE BEEN...
Besides JOINING and UNJOINING the GYM,
I've been JOINING and UNJOINING Weight Watchers.
For THREE main PERIODS in my life, I looked to WW.
Most RECENTLY December of 2014.
I was looking for a HEALTHY routine.
A POSITIVE mindset.
A leader to help me.
It didn't work for the THIRD time (FOR ME).
Besides JOINING in person there was online MEMBERSHIPS for YEARS.
GAH ---- all that wasted $$$.
LITTLE DID I KNOW....
I heard about the 21DayFix and that my food went into colored containers 💚💜💙💛❤️
I was confused.
Wait where is the math, counting calories, tracking?
NOPE - NOT NEEDED here.
I REMEMBER the night my 📦 came in the mail.
I was reading about the FOOD PORTIONING and I couldn't believe how SIMPLE it was
I was in DISBELIEF that this would WORK.
It seemed TO EASY.
I EAT 13 containers a DAY! 13! It's so much food!!!
I actually EAT MORE than I did before.
✔️I got a COACH.
✔️I got an online ACCOUNTABILITY group, so no more running out to MEETINGS.
✔️I met amazing FRIENDS, who I personally talk to OUTSIDE of the group.
✔️Started drinking superfoods that ELIMINATED my migraines.
✔️I had a WORKOUT handed to me that would give me RESULTS.
✔️I GAINED a POSITIVE mindset.
✔️I was INSPIRED by others results.
✔️I was MOTIVATED to push through.
